HELP PARENTS! We still need a few parents to watch our classes this Friday from 8:30-9:00. You may volunteer to help with another homebase class. The students will be reading, in the media center, or in the computer lab. You will just need to monitor. It's important for us to have time to specifically talk about how to help different groups of students. We want all of the students to master skills and have a great sixth grade experience. Reading: We read "Amelia Earhart" as a class today, so if you were absent read the story. Tomorrow we will answer questions in the book, learning how to incorporate the question into the answer and using complete sentences. Make sure you bring your reading notebook every day. All assignments must be done/kept in the reading notebook. September book report will be a small autobiography about yourself. The form will be given out to follow. These will be due Monday, October 3.
