Reading: There are five elements of a myth that should be written in reading notebooks. There are three types of myths (nature, hero, and creation) that are illustrated by the three myths written in the red book. All three myths need to be read, labeled, and elements written down by Monday if not finished in class today. Homophone spelling test on Monday, also.
Math: Pages 148-150 in the workbook and the class activity of making prisms out of nets.
Science: Science Fair application is due next Thursday -- January 12th. It needs to be completely filled out and signed by the student and the parent. Find something fun and interesting to do. If you have questions read the papers sent home today or email me.
Keyboarding: Practice either KBK or Edutype for at least 5 minutes. The TEST is at the end of January. See our website page for links.
Social Studies: TEST Monday! Study the European countries by playing the three games on edmodo The European map (political) is due on Monday. No late work will be accepted. If you get sick on Monday, YOU MUST NOTIFY MS. KING ON MONDAY! (edmodo message, email, call to the school, sibling, etc.)
